Born, raised, and educated on the Sunshine Coast, it’s fair to say that Craig Morrison knows the region inside and out. From the fast-growing suburbs on the coast, to grand residences located in the hinterland, Craig has an in depth understanding of the real estate market’s unique variation.
A genuine self-starter, Craig has been busy over recent years establishing and then on-selling a number of successful technology businesses. At the same time, he also earned a reputation as an innovative, boutique property developer. This business eventually led Craig into the world of real estate sales – which is now his sole focus. With his extensive business experience, Craig has also developed excellent communication and negotiation skills, which he combines with a natural ability to read the market.
As a dedicated, intuitive, and passionate property consultant, Craig has built a strong and loyal following in this highly competitive industry. With a wide network of family, friends, colleagues and business associates, Craig prides himself on building relationships and community connections to help achieve successful sales outcomes for all of his clients. When not working, Craig enjoys keeping active outdoors, with hobbies including surfing, jet skiing, soccer and golf – plus he’s a deft hand at poker!
Originally from the Channel Islands in the United Kingdom, Jamie moved to the Sunshine Coast when he was 11 years old.
Jamie’s interest in real estate developed from a young age, encouraged by his parent’s passion for the market and penchant for building and selling properties.
Recently graduated from Sunshine Coast University with a Bachelors degree in Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning and Economics, Jamie is enthusiastic about building a career in real estate. After completing his studies, Jamie obtained his Full Real Estate Licence and is currently being mentored by Craig to help further develop his skills.
Jamie loves to play soccer, having previously held a professional contract with Bolton Wanderers, an EFL championship side in the second tier of the English football league system. Additionally, he enjoys keeping fit with boxing and strength training, and has learnt to avoid playing poker with Craig!
